Subscriber Agreement
Clear, straightforward guidelines governing our fiber broadband services and customer operations in Lucknow.
Last Updated: August 2026
Welcome to Shraddha Broadband. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our high-speed optical fiber internet services. By applying for, subscribing to, or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available on this website.
Applicants applying for a new broadband connection must be at least 18 years of age or possess the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter into a service agreement.
Broadband services are provided strictly in localities across Lucknow where Shraddha Broadband has active network infrastructure. New connection requests are always subject to technical feasibility and optical port availability at the installation address.
Installation will be scheduled after line verification. Customers must provide physical access to the premises for laying optical cable and configuring the router. Installation timelines are estimates only and may change depending upon fiber availability, permissions, weather, holidays, or technical feasibility.
Subscribers agree to the following obligations:
Customers must not tamper with optical cabling, splice junction boxes, or network equipment provided by Shraddha Broadband.
Broadband plans operate on a prepaid billing basis unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Plan renewals must be completed prior to the account expiration date to prevent automatic line suspension. Non-payment does not automatically terminate the agreement; outstanding dues remain payable even after service suspension. Previously paid installation charges are non-transferable to a new address.
Installation charges are non-refundable once installation has been completed. Broadband recharge plans are prepaid and non-refundable after activation. If installation cannot be completed due to technical reasons from Shraddha Broadband's side before service activation, any eligible refund will be processed within a reasonable period.
If an ONT, ONU, or Wi-Fi router is provided on loan by Shraddha Broadband, it remains company property unless explicitly purchased. Any refundable security deposit shall be returned after inspection of returned equipment. Router/ONT manufacturing defects covered under the manufacturer's warranty will be serviced or replaced as applicable. Damage caused by misuse, water, insects, physical impact, unauthorized repairs, power surges, or negligence is chargeable.
Fiber cable damaged due to construction work, customer building renovation, drilling, pets, rodents, vehicles, or customer negligence may attract repair or replacement charges.
Shraddha Broadband is not responsible for equipment damage caused by power fluctuations, lightning, faulty electrical wiring, or improper use of third-party power adapters.
While Shraddha Broadband strives to provide uninterrupted internet access, internet service is provided on a best-effort basis. Actual speeds and uptime may vary due to network congestion, upstream provider issues, customer equipment, website/server limitations, or other technical factors beyond our control. Internet speed commitments apply only when testing through a wired Ethernet connection using compatible hardware.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Wi-Fi password. Shraddha Broadband is not responsible for unauthorized access or speed degradation resulting from weak or shared passwords.
Unlimited plans are intended for normal residential or business use. Subscribers are solely responsible for all internet activity performed using their connection. Copyright infringement, unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, hacking, phishing, malware distribution, cyber fraud, spam, or any activity prohibited under applicable law is strictly forbidden.
Static IP addresses are subject to network availability and additional recurring charges. Static IP allocation may be modified or reassigned if required for operational, technical, or regulatory reasons.
Where reasonably possible, planned maintenance activities will be communicated in advance through our website, social media, WhatsApp, SMS, or other available channels.
We reserve the right to refuse onsite service visits or suspend service where customers threaten, abuse, assault, or endanger our employees, engineers, or contractors.
We reserve the right to suspend or disconnect services in cases of non-payment, submission of fraudulent information, unlawful activity, or as directed by law enforcement. Customers may request disconnection at any time by contacting support.
Shraddha Broadband shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, government restrictions, riots, strikes, acts of terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, widespread power failures, or upstream ISP failures.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion before initiating legal proceedings. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
